In order to ensure the consistency of management methods, Huicheng vacuum has reformed the management system through the implementation of Huicheng quality elements. The quality element structure has been carefully designed to meet customer requirements, quality management system requirements (ISO 9001:2008), environmental health and safety management system requirements and broader business requirements, such as human resources systems, business ethics and intellectual property.

Supplier standardized quality assessment (SSQA) is a measurement tool which is used to measure the effect and maturity of management system and process. This tool provides a method to measure the current quality status, and a scoring system to evaluate the four factors (management commitment, system method, deployment and results) for customer satisfaction. This tool is used to support continuous quality improvement programs.

Huicheng vacuum main facility has passed the third-party certification of international quality management standard ISO 9001.
